First of all, it has perfect location to move between city central. Near the hotel, STR 23 is running from Freiheit U bahnhof to Scwabing Nord, which means you now get access option with 3 stations (Freiheit, Nordfriedhof, and Alte Heide) Second, the employees are passionate and friendly. They trying their best as you satisfy with infos.

The hotel is at a quite location, surrounded with some green environment and a lot of big companies are nearby. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The room was clean.

Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning on the ground floor, hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area, quite close to the Englischer Garten park and great value for money. Parking around the hotel may seem problematic, you have try hard to find a free space in a public parking spaces, but it's possible ;)

The location was pretty fine, neighbourhood was nice. If you want you can get yourself to the centre easily. The hotel was clean. Staff was great and they helped us with every situation. Check-in and check-out was really fast.

good price in line with standard. The hotel is better than budget but still not the normal one. helpful stuff at the place. near to shops. Please remember it is rather business area, you have to use public transport to get to the centrum.

Very good value for money. Clean and practical, friendly people, quiet area with mix of modern offices and new residencial area. The room was big enough for two people. The bed was hard but comfortable. Bad room was like a very large autocaravan bad room, but very practical and clean with large enough shower - had never been in such kind of bad room before but was a fairly good experience.

ibis are always good and I was again very pleased by the quality of the equipment and the kind staff! The room was clean and enough spacious. I really enjoyed my stay.
